Our Team

Our RVA Team is made up of hundreds of prayer and financial supporters from local churches around the world. Those listed on this page have the privilege of serving as the hands that connect the local churches in the west to the local PNG churches. RVA exists because of the unity within the various diverse cultures of those who seek to glorify God and equip the nations to fulfill the Great Commission...until the last one is reached.

Serving at RVA

Bill and Kelley Housley

RVA founders, Bill and Kelley, have been serving in PNG since 2004, where they worked among the remote people group called the Inapang in the Ramu Valley. As churches within the valley have been planted, the vision for RVA was born as an answer to the request of these local churches for safe and quality education for the next generation.
Jason and Nisae Williamson

The Williamson’s have been doing church plant work in PNG since 2005. They began serving at RVA in 2022. Nisae teaches Making a Living and Jason teaches the boys how to play the drums.
Marissa Myers

Marissa is from Maryville, TN and has been serving at RVA since 2020. She teaches Math and Music.
Zack and Dani Bohler

The Bohler’s are from Upland, CA and have been serving at RVA since 2022. Zack does construction work, assists in Bible class, and does English tutoring. Dani teaches Personal Development.
Tiffany Beachy

Tiffany is from Roanoke, VA and she has been serving at RVA since 2023. She teaches science.
Sandra Amet

Sandra is a local teacher and joined our team in 2022. She teaches Social Science.
Rika

Rika is our RVA mascot and faithful security dog. You can usually find her under a house or at your feet begging for a belly rub!
