We are always looking for people that are willing and eager to come and serve at RVA! Please read about some of our short & long-term opportunities below and fill out the specified contact information provided in each description so we can get in touch with you!

  • There are plenty of opportunities for teams to get involved, share their various gifts, and get to know the RVA students! If you are interested in putting a team together, please click here to email us.

  • Serving short term or doing an internship is a great way to get involved with RVA! We are looking for people who can serve for 1 to 2 school terms which would be a 3 to 6 month period. Whether it’s teaching one of our ESL subjects full time, assisting our current teachers, or helping with construction, we are grateful for whatever gifts your could potentially add to our team.

  • We currently need teachers for all core subjects and are looking for people who are willing to live simply for the sake of the gospel and to work interdependently with the tribal churches and their children.

    Here are some things we are looking for in long-term teachers-

    • Associate or bachelor’s degree in any area

    • A heart of discipleship

    • Teaching or ESP experience is helpful, but not required
